Shipping & Delivery
For products that are in stock, we ship within 24-72 hours from the time you place your order. We ship via several of the major mail carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and the United States Postal Service. Customers will be unable to opt for the carrier of their choosing.
Exceptions to Our Shipping and Delivery Policy
The following exceptions will require extended shipment and/or delivery times:
1.Products that are normally stocked but that are temporarily out of stock.
2.Products that are not normally stocked and must therefore be special ordered.
3.Items requiring special attention in adherence to legal and/or delivery service guidelines.
Under such circumstances, you will be emailed regarding the specifics of your situation.
Delays in Shipping
On occasion, we may experience an unforeseen delay in the shipment of your order. In such a case, you will be notified via email. When delayed shipments become ready to ship, we will email you unless you contact us and choose to cancel any portion of your order that has not been shipped.
Shipping Timeframes
•Standard Shipping: Our standard method of shipping is UPS ground shipping. You may expect to receive your order within 4-8 business days from the date of shipment.
•PO Box Shipping: We cannot deliver to PO Boxes. During checkout, please be sure to provide us with a physical shipping address.
•International Shipping: Currently, we do not ship to International or U.S. Territory locations such as Canada, Puerto Rico, Mexico, or any destination outside the contiguous United States.
If Your Order Does Not Arrive On Time
If your order does not arrive within the specified delivery time frame please let us know. Tracking information is provided via email for most orders. On occasion, orders may become lost in transit, delivered to the wrong address, or consigned to a person other than yourself. This may include a family member, neighbor, co-worker, or property manager. Packages may also be left at your front door, garage, or in a location hidden from plain view. If for some reason, your delivery has not been received within the specified time frame and cannot be located with the tracking information provided, please contact us.
Tracking Your Order
Tracking information is provided via email for most orders. If tracking information is provided, you can track your order online.

•At this time we do not offer tracking information for items shipped via USPS.
If your order has shipped but no tracking information was provided via email, then know that your order has been shipped regardless. It can take up to 24 hours to update tracking information. Also, please allow up to 10 days for most Standard Shipping orders with exception to those special circumstances mentioned in the "Exceptions to Our Shipping and Delivery Policy" section on this page.
If you have not received your order within 15 business days and your order was not an "exception" order, please email us using the contact form on our website and refer to your order number.

Returns & Replacements
•ALL returns must have your order number on the box/package AND on the Return Merchandise Form below to be included with your return. Additional shipping charges will be assessed on all exchange transactions.
•All Returns must be returned in their original wrappers, with all warranties and owner’s manuals (if applicable).
•All returns must be post marked within 14 Days of your receipt of the order.
•Please note: if your item was a video, DVD, book or a custom order it is non-returnable (i.e. “custom” jewelry, “custom” engraving etc.), But may be covered under manufacturer’s warranty against defects.

If you have lost your invoice, please include the following information and include with your return.

•Return merchandise for full refund within: 30 days
•Return merchandise for replacement within: 60 days
This is our Detailed Standard Return Policy. Unless another return policy is indicated, products sold by The Motorcycle Angels are subject to this Standard Return Policy. Unused merchandise under this Standard Return Policy may be returned within 30 calendar days of the original invoice date for a full refund, or within 60 calendar days of the original invoice date for a replacement of the same item. All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. All items returned for a full refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Manufacturer's Warranties
The Motorcycle Angels Store does not offer any express warranties. However, many of the products available through The Motorcycle Angels Store are covered by Manufacturers' Warranties. If a product is covered by a manufacturer's warranty, it will be stated on that product's web page / documentation. Manufacturers' warranty details are typically available at the manufacturer's website. Please note that products in this category are non-refundable unless otherwise indicated.

Physical Damage Policy
Physically damaged items due to improper care, use, handling, or modifications cannot be returned to The Motorcycle Angels Store. If a physically damaged item is returned to The Motorcycle Angels Store, the item will be returned to the sender at sender’s expense.
Combo Specials
Combo Specials include two items that must be purchased together in order to receive a discount. Combo items may be returned for replacement within the applicable return policy period. If a Combo item is returned for a refund, the Combo Discount will be voided, and the discount amount will be deducted from the amount of the refund. (For example, if the combo discount was $20, and you return one of the combo items for a refund, the $20 will be deducted from your Returned Merchandise refund amount.)
Out-of-Stock (Back-Order) Items
If an item is returned to The Motorcycle Angels Store after the product has been discontinued, if The Motorcycle Angels Store no longer carries an item that is sent in for replacement, or if that item is simply out of stock, the item will be sent to our Back-Order Return Merchandise Department. You will be notified via email with two options: either The Motorcycle Angels Store can send a comparable replacement item, or a refund of the current market value of the product will be issued. A current-market-value refund may not exceed the original invoice price. If the item is returned within 30 days of the original invoice date, a full refund will be issued.

Due to the complexity of shipping different sizes, weights and locations the prices and shipping cost on this website may differ from our retail catalog or by ordering over the phone.
