What is the mission of The Motorcycle Angels?

To bring motorcycle riders everywhere together to celebrate the passion of riding. To help facilitate motorcycle riders benefits and events. To help give a support system to fallen and injured riders.

The close relations between all motorcycle riders and their passion is one of the funds unique strengths, enabling it to provide riders with the best collaborative efforts as the fund works to touch the lives, control heartbreak and ultimately help riders recover and support their causes.

What is The Official Motorcycle Angels Foundation?

The Official Motorcycle Angels was founded to raise money for injured motorcycle riders, develop a support system for motorcycle participated benefit causes, celebration of the passion of the sport while instilling faith, hope and courage.

How was The Official Motorcycle Angels Founded?

The original founder of The Official Motorcycle Angels can be traced to Melissa Zavadil of Littleton, Colorado. A highly active motorcycle enthusiast and mother of three (whom all ride dirtbikes.) Melissa is a professional sports photographer and saw the need for a “union” of some sorts in the professional motorcycling industry but, understood that that concept was most likely not going to form. Melissa designed several angels that could be sold in an effort to raise money for down riders in 2005, and could be viewed as a “motorcycle guardian angel” looking over the rider. The product was brought to store fronts and the internet and it was soon discovered that the lives that The Official Motorcycle Angels could touch could be increased significantly by reaching out to riders and their various motorcycle rider participant causes. A support system was put into place to support such efforts.

What will funds raised by The Official Motorcycle Angels be used for?

The funding helps support rider participated benefit events and offer a support system for fallen and down riders.

"The Fund focuses on those individuals who ride and dedicate their life to it, building a motorcycling support group in an all out effort and joining all motorcycle style riders in their unique Passion including; Choppers, Harley-Davidson Style motorcycles, Sportbikes, Superbikes, Crotch Rockets, Motocross, Supercross, Arenacross, and Flattrack riders.

How does The Official Motorcycle Angels raise money?

In addition to the sale of benefit product: motorcycle angels; pins, patches, hats, certificates etc, The Official Motorcycle Angels seeks support from businesses and business owners that can sponsor product sales and events for the benefit of the Foundation in delivering its mission and its certified benefits. Race for the Riders, and The Official Motorcycle Angels will continue to seek donations from individuals and corporations who want to make a difference in motorcycle riders lives.
